Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you browse or buy from PunnyPanda at punnypanda.com. By placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

PunnyPanda is the brand operating this storefront. We have not published a company registration number, VAT ID, or street address in the store. For contract or legal notices, email hello@punnypanda.com.

2. What we sell

We sell graphic apparel (tees, sweatshirts, mugs, hats, bags and other merch) printed on demand. Items are not sitting on our warehouse shelf. After PayPal confirms payment, the order is sent to Printify so a print provider in their network can produce and ship it to the address you give at checkout.

Colors, mockups, and on-screen previews are illustrations. Small differences in ink, fabric dye, and cut are normal for print-on-demand garments.

3. Orders, pricing, and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars. Save the advertised amount on 3+ items (stickers excluded) when your cart is $60+. That merchandise total is before the discount and before shipping. The cart applies it only when both rules match.
• PayPal processes the payment. The customer pays through PayPal, not PunnyPanda directly. PayPal processes the payment, calculates and remits applicable sales tax or VAT, issues the customer receipt/invoice, and handles payment-related compliance. PunnyPanda operates the store, creates its product and storefront content, supports customers, and coordinates fulfillment. By paying, you also agree to PayPal's checkout terms.
• We do not store full card numbers on PunnyPanda servers. Card and wallet payments are handled by PayPal.
• An order is an offer to buy. We (or PayPal) may decline or cancel an order if payment fails, the address cannot be shipped to, an item cannot be printed, or we suspect fraud.

4. Production and shipping

Because every piece is printed after you order, production usually takes a few business days before a carrier scan appears. Transit time then depends on the Printify provider location and your destination. The homepage mentions typical US dispatch in a few days; that is a planning estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

• Checkout charges the standard shipping rate quoted for your address, or free standard shipping when merchandise before Panda Pack savings and coupons is $50 or more. A Trio or coupon does not remove free shipping. If standard shipping is not available for the address, checkout stops. We do not substitute another shipping method or a flat rate.
• Shipping is sent to the address you enter. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by an incomplete or incorrect address, or by customs on international deliveries.
• Tracking is provided when Printify / the carrier assigns it. Email hello@punnypanda.com if you need help locating a shipment.

5. Returns and refunds

Because every item is printed to order, we don't accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items (and a wrong item) reported within 30 days of delivery are refunded or reprinted once we confirm the issue from your photos. Email hello@punnypanda.com with your order number and photos. Details are in the Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

PunnyPanda names, logos, product photography, jokes, and original artwork on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy the designs to sell your own merch, scrape the catalog, or use our brand in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Buying a shirt gives you the physical (or shipped) item, not ownership of the underlying artwork files.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attacking or overloading it, no scraping at abusive volume, and no checkout abuse or payment fraud. We may block access if we think the store or other customers are at risk.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The storefront is provided "as is." We work to keep listings accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted uptime or that every mockup will match the finished garment pixel-for-pixel.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PunnyPanda is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, delayed gifts, and similar). Our total liability for a given order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some places do not allow these limits; if you live in one of them, only the limits that law allows will apply. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited (for example, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Israel. Mandatory consumer protections and forums in your country of residence continue to apply where the law does not allow them to be waived. Please email hello@punnypanda.com first so we can try to sort out a problem before any formal dispute.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the shop, checkout, or fulfillment setup changes. The updated version applies to new orders placed after it is posted. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do.
